We want you to love your purchase! If you try one of our masks and feel it’s not for you, you can return the remaining masks (unopened and in their original packaging) within 30 days for a refund.

All return postage must be pre‑paid and sent via registered post (so it can be tracked).

Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund (less original shipping fees).

Damaged or faulty items? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at the same email above within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
