Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Are your products fragrance-free?
Yes, they are fragrance-free with no added fragrance or essential oils. Any light scent comes naturally from the active ingredients.
How often do I use the mask on and for how long?
We recommend once a week for 15-20 minutes, but you can use it as often as you like! If the mask still feels moist because your skin hasn’t absorbed it all, then wearing it for longer than 20 minutes is absolutely fine.
What is the recommended way to apply and use the mask?
HOW TO GLOW:
- Start with cleansed, dry skin.
- Fully unfold the mask, you’ll see two connected panels and two sets of ear loops.
- Apply the top half to your face and hook the first set of loops over your ears.
- Gently pull the bottom panel under your chin and secure the second set of loops over the first to support a more sculpted looking jawline and neck.
- Stretch and shape until it fits comfortably, trust us, the material (and ear loops) have flex. Don’t be shy, make it work for your face and your routine.
- Leave on for 15–20 minutes while you unwind, multitask, or tackle that never-ending to-do list.
- Remove and massage in all that extra serum, down your neck and across your décolletage. No need to rinse. Complete the rest of your skincare routine.

Can the mask be used with my other skincare products?
You can absolutely use it with the rest of your routine! Apply the mask straight onto clean, dry skin so all the active ingredients can really sink in. Once you remove it, massage in any extra serum and follow up with your favourite moisturiser or face oil to lock everything in.

We recommend using each mask only once.
